b. Refund requests for digital performance tickets must be made within 7 days of the purchase date.
c. Refund requests for merchandise must be made within 3days of receiving the item.

Non-Refundable Items:

a. Due to the nature of digital content, once the performance has been accessed or viewed, refunds will not be issued.
b. Merchandise can be returned for a refund or exchange if it is in its original condition with all tags attached and within 3 days of receiving the item.

b. Refunds for merchandise will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
